My new big pick is CITC.

CITC is trading near a 52wk low, and may be a huge turn around play.

CITC is currently a sub penny, which means it may not be for everyone but for those looking for volatile stocks.

Sub penny stocks are very risky but the reward can far out weigh the risk. CITC has traded as high as $.04 in the last 52wk. Even if CITC was to test $.01 the gain potential would be over 270% from the current levels.

CITC ran up close to 50% a few weeks ago, so it looks like it could easily move. Last Summer CITC ran up 400%!!
