This is a pick of ours from a few week ago that is has been making quite a mark of late. It just goes to show that perseverance really can pay off. (Pink Sheets:BTDG) is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has voted today in favor of accepting an offer of $0.15 a share from a Major Investor Group for all outstanding shares of B2 Digital, Inc., with a closing date to be Oct. 15, 2010. The offer is contingent upon the investor receiving official proof of the 43-101 claim and the performance of satisfactory due diligence by both companies together with the execution of a final definitive agreement. Firma Gold's estimated reserves of 1.5 million ounces could have an estimated worth of $1,875,000 billion based upon the current price of gold. Shareholders will soon receive the details of the offer.
