(Cereplast) is engaged in developing and commercializing bio-based resins through two product families: Cereplast Compostables Resins, which are renewable substitute for petroleum-based plastics, and Cereplast Hybrid Resins, which replaces up to 50% of the petroleum-based content of traditional plastics with materials from renewable resources. The Company primarily conducts its operations through three product families: Cereplast Compostables Resins, Cereplast Hybrid Resins and Cereplast Algae Plastics.
