Small Cap Profits.com (ECPL)

The company EcoPlus  (ECPL) has recently reversed their stock 1 for 200 and issued 40 Billion shares to give it a market cap of $2.8 Billion. This is from a company with $21,000 in sale for the six-month period ending April 30, 2010.  Are you kidding me? Recently they changed their state of incorporation from Nevada to Wyoming to avoid any par value taxes to issue 40 Billion shares. What is not clear is what did they receive for the 40 billion shares? and whom were they issued to? Too bad we cant short on the pink sheets.
